Op 14 juni hebben we onderstaand bericht ontvangen van Tommy Flowers:
Last week 4 of us got together with 8 horses to do haying. We had 4 mowers, 1 tedder, 2 rakes, 1 baler, 3 forecarts. We worked from Wednesday until Saturday. Also had a fellow come round bale some of the hay and we moved the bales with the forecart set up with battery and switch to pull the bale loader. We all took turns with the equipment and it was the first time some of the horses had worked with an engine behind them, but none were any trouble.

We had 2 teenage helpers that stacked the hay. The horses were 3
Percherons, 2 partial Brabants, and 3 full Brabants. It was 2 years ago at this
time that Jelmer and Ties helped us with the hay! We missed them last
week!
